Flame Health Optometry-Optical Sales Job-Product Consultant

We are currently recruiting in the London / South East area for an optical product consultant for a globally recognised market leader. For over 15 years the company has promoted healthy sight and wellness through their reputable product range.

Founded in 1990 the company now employs over 1,200 people worldwide and boasts strong partnerships with nearly a dozen lens manufacturers. With so many lens options and materials the company is now looking to expand within the UK market after a strong television marketing campaign.

From day one you will be provided with comprehensive training enabling you to speak confidently to practice owners and their staff as well as representatives from the lens manufacturers they have relationships with. The companies aim is to re-educate and inform optics professionals of the health and comfort benefits of the product which holds a significant market share.

You will be self-motivated and have the ability to plan and organise your day. This may mean arranged appointments or visiting practices to introduce yourself and arrange a meeting at a later date. What is of paramount importance is your ability to influence and create a passion in others for the products benefits.

The role is available immediately and you will be engaged primarily on a 12 month contract. You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package. This role would suit somebody either working in an opticians or an existing optical sales representative.
